Our team, made up of food-loving enthusiasts, try every product before it makes it into shop. Products are selected based on nutritional and prebiotic content as well as taste and practical use.

Our inspiration
We’re on a personal mission to share the passion for prebiotics. Although it’s an emerging area of health science, there’s enough evidence to show we NEED prebiotic food in our diet to live a healthy life. And variety is the key.
It’s only through talking to people over many years that we’ve realised that not everyone knows about the power of prebiotics and the link between gut health and wellbeing (and vice versa). We want to inspire and support you taking an interest in your gut health and wellbeing. We know the difference it’s made in our lives.”
