Feel better from the inside out - starting now!

MaIt’s usually a physical sign that gives you a wake up call to make change. Gut health issues, stubborn weight, anxiety and other mental and physical ailments. It’s the easiest way for your body to get your attention. “Hello, not feeling so great. Could you stop neglecting yourself and sort your s**t out please?”.

But fad diets, spot weight reduction – none of that shizz works. And the science proves it! Someone just needs to tell the millions of online influencers still making a killing from promoting stuff that just doesn’t work.

If you can focus on adding positive changes – whether that’s increasing quality and variety of natural foods, doing squats while boiling the kettle, reconnecting with your hopes and dreams, creating a bedtime routine to improve your sleep, getting back out there after a time of retreat – all of that add up to big, significant and positive change that lasts.

Want your positive change to feel even easier? Work with a mentor!

Making feel good feel easier

No counting calories, no counting steps, no one-size fits all. Your personality also plays a role. Getting to know you means you get an approach that works for you – for your life, for your personality, your hopes and dreams, your own definition of satisfaction.

Your plan is YOUR personal plan. But you’re supported by a human every step of the way. Each session we’ll pick areas that you can easily change for the results you want – to lose weight, improve your gut health, have more energy, feel more positive – it’s all connected.

Stepped changed is easier change. And stepped change with someone being your cheerleader, your ear when you need a rant or a shoulder when you need that too is what makes that change feel easier.

“Laura’s energy is calming and nurturing. She has helped me in ways that cannot be described but by far the biggest is reminding me that I am worthy and judging myself gets in the way of seeing that.” Helen from Berkshire.

Why gut health?

Gut health isn’t as straightforward as managing what you eat. Your gut is impacted by your hormones, mood, sleep, levels of activity, beliefs and so much more. But it’s a two-way communication. Your gut impacts your mind and health, and your health and mind impacts your gut. Get healthier from the inside out by taking a broader approach to your gut health and wellbeing.

Forget measuring, obsessing and counting every calorie and step. The key to lasting change is to actually start by letting go. Letting go of limiting beliefs and starting from a place of new understanding so you can get even more excited about the future.

Positive change made easy

You’ll get help prioritising your seven pillars in the context of what you want to change. So many things are connected to gut health so you might opt to focus on tour energy levels, or eating habits, sleep patterns, stress reactions or anything else that gets in your way of living your best life. It’s all important, but creating priorities takes the stress off needing to change everything all at the same time.

Adding new healthier gut and wellbeing habits bit by bit is a much easier and less stressful way to create lasting change

7 pillars to improve gut health and wellbeing

Hopes, dreams, beliefs, self-image, energy and motivation. All of these can impact your wellbeing and ability to make sustainable positive change. Picking out little areas you can positively impact is a great start to being where you want to be.

We explore your levels and sources of stress and how they effect you. Understanding your stress is the first step towards lowering your stress and the negative impact it has on your gut.

What you eat and drink has an impact on your gut, health, mood and energy. Adding more of the good stuff in can kick-start a move towards a healthier gut. Stepped change is much easier to manage and sustain than a massive overhaul. I’ll help you plan your stepped changes.

Activity levels have an impact on you physically and mentally. Movement is good for your muscles, gut and body chemistry. We’re made to move! Looking at how different types of movement impact you differently gives you a toolkit of activities to achieve different things – short and long term.

Needs vs reality, habits and routine. Sleep is needed for your mind, body and soul. Which is why it has a whole pillar dedicated to it. So you start to take it seriously. Simple things add up to big change.

What is your soul trying to tell you? How are you feeling energetically? What do you believe at your core? All of these things have an impact on your being. And how your mind and body connect for better health and wellbeing. Let’s explore!

This is a biggie. And the biggest area that can stand in the way of being how you want to be. Giving yourself time to remind yourself that YOU are a priority can make handling daily life a bit easier. It can be easier to see what’s getting in the way and how to change it.

Intuitive working

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience – said many cool and wise people. I can’t recall who is supposed to have said it first. We are naturally very intuitive beings too – we have access to information beyond what we see. Science proves this along with the whole fad diets don’t work – happy days.

Our gut is our second brain (I’d argue first, but whatever). Reconnecting with your intuition is something you may find happen as you start to focus on your health and wellbeing. If you are interested in developing this area of your being then I can help you there too.

If you are comfortable with me doing so, I will use my own intuition during our sessions to help add extra layers of guidance, information and questioning to support your positive changes.
