If you’ve been trying to improve your gut health and wellbeing separately, you may be fighting a losing battle. The two go together. Hand-in-hand. Your gut impacts your wellbeing and your wellbeing impacts your gut. Sleep, hormones, stress, exercise, mindset, your beliefs and so much more impact your wellbeing and gut health – and we’ve not even mentioned food and drink yet.
If you want to feel in more control of your wellbeing and gut health then let us help. We provide a mentoring option where you work directly with our founder to help you feel more amazing. Laura has lost over 40kg in weight and brought a number of health conditions under control – now she’s making space to help you.

We are not an online supermarket – you won’t find your whole weekly shop here. What you will find is a hand-pickled selection of cupboard, cooking and lunchbox essentials you’ll want to buy again and again.

PREBIOTICS – THE FOOD AND THE FERTILISER FOR YOUR GOOD GUT BACTERIA
Did you know there are three main types of biotics? Probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics.
Probiotics are live bacteria that hang out in your gut. They like to ‘eat’ prebiotics. They then ‘poop out’ postbiotics (an obviously simplified statement but the analology works so just go with it).
Postbiotics includine vital vitamins and compounds such as short-chain-fatty-acids that help your body do what it needs to do to stay healthy.
