Hi. We’re BellyBiotics.

We help people feel good. Naturally.

Gut health and wellbeing mentoring

If you’ve been trying to improve your gut health and wellbeing separately, you may be fighting a losing battle. The two go together. Hand-in-hand. Your gut impacts your wellbeing and your wellbeing impacts your gut. Sleep, hormones, stress, exercise, mindset, your beliefs and so much more impact your wellbeing and gut health – and we’ve not even mentioned food and drink yet.

If you want to feel in more control of your wellbeing and gut health then let us help. We provide a mentoring option where you work directly with our founder to help you feel more amazing. Laura has lost over 40kg in weight and brought a number of health conditions under control – now she’s making space to help you.

The shop

We are not an online supermarket – you won’t find your whole weekly shop here. What you will find is a hand-pickled selection of cupboard, cooking and lunchbox essentials you’ll want to buy again and again.

Each item earns its place in the shop by being:

  • Gut supporting as part of a balanced diet
  • All natural
  • Vegan
  • From a UK (preferably small and eco conscious) business
  • Delicious
  • Easy to use

The shop is still growing as we have more products to add – so keep coming back to see what gut-supporting goodies you’ll find.

PREBIOTICS – THE FOOD AND THE FERTILISER FOR YOUR GOOD GUT BACTERIA

Did you know there are three main types of biotics? Probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics.

Probiotics are live bacteria that hang out in your gut. They like to ‘eat’ prebiotics. They then ‘poop out’ postbiotics (an obviously simplified statement but the analology works so just go with it).

Postbiotics includine vital vitamins and compounds such as short-chain-fatty-acids that help your body do what it needs to do to stay healthy.

Prebiotics are the food and the fertiliser for your good gut bacteria. They’re found in many of your everyday foods, so no supplements required! Happy days.

We are not an online supermarket. We are a place you can get a selection of hand-picked food and drink from UK-based businesses – many of them being start-ups like us! Items that you’ll want to keep in your cupboard and buy over and over.

We’re the ONLY place you can find this combination of amazing suppliers and their food and drink.
