Gut health and wellbeing mentoring
If you’ve been trying to improve your gut health and overall wellbeing separately, you might be making your life harder than it needs to be. Your gut affects your wellbeing, and your overall health impacts your gut. Things like sleep, hormones, stress, exercise, mindset, and even your beliefs all play a role in both. And that’s not even factoring in what you eat and drink!
If you’re ready to take control of your gut health and wellbeing, we’re here to guide you. Based at Thame Wellbeing, our mentoring program allows you to work directly with our founder, Laura, who has transformed her own health—losing over 40kg and bringing multiple health conditions under control. Now, she’s ready to support you on your journey to feeling your best.

The shop
We are not an online supermarket – you won’t find your whole weekly shop here. What you will find is a hand-pickled selection of cupboard, cooking and lunchbox essentials you’ll want to buy again and again. And if you want to browse the selection in person then come and visit us at Thame Wellbeing at Racquets Fitness Centre in Thame, Oxfordshire.
Each item earns its place in the shop by being:

- From a UK (preferably small and eco conscious) business

- Easy to use

PREBIOTICS – THE FOOD AND THE FERTILISER FOR YOUR GOOD GUT BACTERIA
Did you know there are three main types of biotics? Probiotics, prebiotics and postbiotics.
Probiotics are live bacteria that hang out in your gut. They like to ‘eat’ prebiotics. They then ‘poop out’ postbiotics (an obviously simplified statement but the analology works so just go with it).
Postbiotics includine vital vitamins and compounds such as short-chain-fatty-acids that help your body do what it needs to do to stay healthy.
Prebiotics are the food and the fertiliser for your good gut bacteria. They’re found in many of your everyday foods, so no supplements required! Happy days.
